Marni Ehrlich Senior Partner and Founder

Mr. Marni Ehrlich has over twenty-five years of senior management experience in global health care, telecommunications, information technology, internet services, wireless communications, software development and solutions for healthcare markets. Over the past ten years, Mr. Ehrlich has founded and led two health care consulting and training firms TechLeaders Consulting and JEMS Training which provides Meaningful Use enablement services, grant development, educational services and strategic planning for healthcare providers/practices and Medical Centers. Mr. Ehrlich, is certified by AHIMA for consulting and implementing HIT Solutions for Physician Practices. He has in-depth understanding of the HITECH Meaningful Use guidelines and incentive program. He led the development of the first Behavioral Health NY Informatics Conference that was held in New York on April 1, 2010. Mr. Ehrlich has extensive background in strategic planning, technology planning and integrated care programs. Father of disabled child, he has a special interest in providing services to Behavioral Health and Developmentally Disabled provider community. 

Mr. Ehrlich was CEO NetSat Express, a leading global provider of Telemedicine to emerging markets. This company was sold to a public company Globecomm Systems. In his two decade long career at AT&T and IBM, he was Director of IBM Global Industries for Telecommunications and Internet Services and held a Director position at AT&T WorldNet Services. Mr. Ehrlich has extensive background in strategic planning, funding raising, technology planning and integrated care programs. He also has been a board member of several public companies and presently serves on the board of three community health organizations-the Suffolk County Mental Health Association, Clubhouse of Suffolk and Suffolk County United Veterans.



John Scioli, General Partner

Mr. John Scioli has better than twenty years of senior management and consulting experience in global health care, retail. Loss prevention, human resources, executive recruiting and financial services. Mr. Scioli took on increasing responsibilities early in his career in the retail sector while rising to the lead position within Human Resources and Operations. Later Mr. Scioli joined Weber Management Consultants, a world leader in executive recruiting and management consulting. Many Fortune 500 companies were served by Mr. Scioli, while at Weber, including E.J. Gallo (the world’s leader in wine), Kraft Foods, Diageo and others. Mr. Scioli led other consulting assignments in financial services and loss prevention. Recently, Mr. Scioli followed his service within Northshore LIJ’s corporate Labor Relations with a role as Associate Executive Director at Forest Hills Hospital.

Mr. Scioli augments his professional career while serving as an adjunct Professor at various Universities in the New York area including the Derner Graduate School of Psychology, Long Island University, and Suffolk County Community College. Employee Assessment, talent acquisition, marketing, human resources, computing for business, business math and other courses exhibit the wide variety of courses that Mr. Scioli tackles while making a contribution toward the growth of the college student population.

Additionally, Mr. Scioli has served as an Executive Board Member of the Labor and Employee Relations Association and acts as an associate member of the Suffolk County Deputy Sherriff’s PBA since 1994.



Alok Sinha-Director Project Management and Security Services

Mr. Sinha is a recognized leader in Global Project Management and Security.  Educated in Harvard, he has lead the development of many large scale businesses with a 22 year career at companies like IBM, TATA, Sprint, Airtel, Cyber Media India. and Phillips. Mr. Sinha has created multiple medium to large scale business units in the last 22 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT, Media and Technology corporations.  Recognized industry expert on Cloud computing, Telecom and IT security, Alok is on panel for various IT magazines. He is frequently tapped by media for expert opinions and industry insights. 

Alok established Project Management competency for IBM and has executed more than 200 projects for leading Telecom, Healthcare, Retail clients in IT security, data center build, IT strategy, application development, ranging from $20M to $2Bn.

An established security expert, he has designed security frameworks for some of the most mission critical IT infra-structure across the Globe. He recently created a new operating system – PicUntu, that enables powerful computing devices to be used in Healthcare, Tele-medicine. He has authored a book on social media and communications.
